Hospital. Patient triage. Check-in counter of a hospital. An electronic health card is inserted in the reading device. The employee looks thoughtfully at the medical history of the patient sitting in front of the counter. Her cost statistics / contribution margin slipped into the red zone, and a large warning triangle recommends that caution should be taken from a commercial point of view. In the background, three doors. Behind door A, the patient will be treated immediately. Behind door B she will have to wait a while or two. Behind door C she will receive her socially acceptable early passing (euthanasia). The employee explains the situation to her: "your age ... if you want to donate organs, room A. If you want spare parts, wait in room C!" (2010).
