Olympic recklessness. Olympic Games. Competition Management. Doping control. "What madman allowed the urine samples of Olympic champions standing around open?" (2004).
Dura lex, sed lex. Hard law, but it's the law. Especially if it practises double standards. The East German border guards with shoot-to-kill-orders who performed their services under the laws of the State of East Germany (German Democratic Republic, GDR), were later convicted under the laws of the State of West Germany (Federal Republic of Germany, FRG). "Finally, it was about human life!" The home and property owners who were expropriated in GDR-times didn't regain their property though there are property guarantees in FRG-law. Rather, the expropriations in GDR-times were found to be irreversible and had to be attributed to the FRG-treasury, said judgment of German judiciary. It was politically intended to meet the costs of the reunification of Germany by monetarizing the expropriated items. "It concerns finally political careers!" The revenues of course weren't enough at all. Meanwhile, the costs of unification of EU-Europe aggravate the situation, they rank still a trifle higher. Negligent government deficit spending from more than ten years must be paid, continued fiscal inefficiency in future be financed through an intra-European financial compensation. Consequently, the BRD-state power presumably potters already in new expropriation levers with which she gets hold on income and property of citizens (forced loans, mortgages forced, compulsory payments and other things besides, as the story goes). When will we see EU-shoot-to-kill-orders to stop all those people who want to escape from this misery, from these international-socialist EUSSR-forced benefactions? (2005).
