Abendimpression vom Flensburger Uni-Campus, Juni 2012.
Betimes curves who wants become a hook (old German saying) ... Evening impression from Flensburg University Campus, northern Germany, June 2012.

"Warum schlägst du mich?" -- "Weil sie mir das Kindergeld gestrichen haben!"
"Warum haben Sie das getan?" -- "Weil ich dich nicht zum Arzt geschickt habe!"
"Warum schickst du mich nicht zum Kinderarzt?" -- "Weil sie dann deine blauen Flecken sehen würden!"
"Warum sollen sie das nicht?" -- "Weil sie dich mir dann wegnehmen würden, und es wäre aus mit dem Kindergeld! ... Und jetzt frag nicht so viel!!
No government solutions for government-created problems.
Child benefit childhood making precarious.
"Why are you hitting me?" - "Because they cancelled the child benefits!"
"Why did they do that?" - "Because I haven't sent you to the doctor!"
"Why don't you send me to the pediatrician?" - "Because they would then see your bruises!"
"Why should they not?" - "Because they would take you away from me then, and I wouldn't receive child benefit anymore ... And now don't ask so much!

Daycare-guarantee for the career-oriented woman - another fragile state promise. Praised by politics as a panacea for establishing woman's equal right for a career: child storage institutions, financed by taxpayers. For the very, very little children, too, of course, because mummy is expected to return to her assembly line workplace very, very soon after giving birth, where she undoubtedly feels more comfortable than at stove or sink. According to this same "gender" policy, it is not the sheer necessity (because, as is known, there's more than enough left over after taxation), which forces women into an occupation. In point of fact- of course - it's naturally the natural careermaking-urge of men naturally equipped by pure chance with female sexual characteristics. These men must be also allowed to have a career like those women naturally equipped by pure chance with male sexual characteristics. In order to avoid unnecessary and discriminatory distinctions let's say "human 1" if we mean women and "human 2" if we mean men. Don't worry, in odd numbered years, this numbering is changed to avoid possible discrimination effects. So: Human 1 with a career-case wants to deliver Humanchild 2 at the daycare center, which is prepared for service only with some reservations: "That's right, give me your child while you generate taxes for me ... uh ... I mean ... you find yourself! " --- "Wait a minute! The child is so SICK! Take it and go!" We may speculate what thwarted this time and again the delivery, the redemption of the lofty promises of government: Chicken pox? Mumps? Conjunctivitis? Measles? Fever? Bone fracture? Middle ear infection? Sunburn? Rhinitis? Bronchitis? Tonsillitis? Skin rash? Fungus? Diarrhea and vomiting? Scarlet fever? Head lice? Burns? Cuts? Joint infections? Concussion? ... Hello politics, how about a new addition to tax, a solidarity supplement for families, let's call it provisionally disease-care-cushioning-justice-levy (DisCaCuJuL)? This would be but a reason to install a fancy new bureaucracy designed with lots of new posts (i.e. voters) and a justification for even more government orders to your party donors, wouldn't it? Workplaces! Growth! Justice and Solidarity! . (2007)

Meanwhile in Germany. Football patriotism beats traffic rules. Citizens being noisy up to the state of complete idiocy, swinging flags and bottles from the open car window, doing gymnastics around on the hood while driving at full speed through the arterial roads - and all that already after one successful first game of German nazion ... , sorry, national soccer team in a preliminary round of a whatsoever championship. Facing exuberant fan(atics) rejoicing in praise of people's God soccer the police are turning a blind eye. But keeping a watchful one on offenders. "Not buckled in ... cellphone against the ear while driving ..." --- "Oh? And what are they doing?" --- "... And an extra fine for unpatriotic questioning!" (2010).

Soccer: If it doesn't work on the lawn. "And these lads want to represent Germany in sports? --- Shame on them!" German Michel, picking in his nose, consuming crisps and beer, shows expert's anger from the sofa-corner. (2000).

The euro leads to price rises! The Consumer Protection Minister takes drastic measures! After the changeover from Deutsche Mark to the artificial common currency of the Euro, there is dicsontent in the broad population about price trends in retail. The retail prices in many cases aren't converted in the ratio 1.95583 DM equal to 1 €, as had been promised by politics. Instead, many retailers take advantage of the opportunity to covertly raise their prices. Although the official statistics authorities of the FRG vigorously deny the existence of a significant price-rising effect of the Euro, in general population the opposite impression is obtained. In retrospect, it would not have been the first official governmental or authority lies in the context of the Euro currency. More were to follow: the bailout- ban lie, the lie that there would be no purchase of government bonds by the ECB, the lie with infamous Maastricht criteria that have been disregarded by federal governments since that time and time again. In the caricature above consumer protection minister of the Red-Green government, Renate Künast, disciplines trade with its tricky pricing policy: "Hehehe - please, please do not tickle ..." (2001).

Parliamentary budget deliberations. Haphazard orientation artists in the budget fog - routinely at low tide in public budgets. "Who says it - one makes headway well at low tide without budget plan, the inner compass is enough!" - "I know my point of view, but YOU don't." - "YOU are standing on the right of my neighbors left!" (2010).

In the School of Journalism: an instructor pulls a student's ear: "You write 'left-wingers' march'? Who despises contents of teaching here, will be thrown out!" On the charts, the correct distinction:
Disabled, crutch-assisted pensioners, holding up signs written with their last ink, to demonstrate against islamization, EU-dictatorship, climate debt lies or genderism, must be reported as a "march of nazi-right-wingers".
In contrast, a march of young, violence-threatening, violent contemporaries wearing black hooded jumpers as a uniform and being disguised with sunglasses, on their banners threatening with violence which they hypocritically pretend to be anti-fascist and actually behaving as hideous storm troopers is to call "broad alliance against the right". (Text on banner:"Fresse halten, sonst aufs Maul" = "Shut the f**k up, or get slapped in your face!") (2012).
German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel climbs the high Europe-bailout-ESM chimney. On her back a piggy-bank-rucksack filled with taxed private capital of German tax-subjects. "For me as a saving-chancellor no distance is too far ... to throw your savings into the chimney!"

A mark they receive... on their forehead. When governmental promises on privacy and freedom of information will ultimately prove to be nothing but empty words and lies.
Conny Zuseh: "How are you able to observe my trash can via RFID tag?"
"We only want to help in the correct separation of waste ... but when you ask for so critical ... we at best support you in politically correct thinking!" (2006).

The Flensburg traffic offender registration authority uses a windows system. Its main building at Foerdestraße (Fjord street) in Flensburg, northern Germany, is shown here. Its façade is used as a screen on which - after office hours - the acronym of that authority appears - KBA (i.e. Kraftfahrt-Bundes-Amt = German Federal Bureau of Motor Vehicles, registration of traffic offenses is one of its several tasks). This "monitor" has, as is easily seen, a resolution of 54x17 window-pixels. The number of (offenders' record) points hidden behind the screen is reportedly much higher. (2012).

E-government: a walk in the park, an absolute delight. ... The only question is for whom. Anyone who has ever savored the pleasure to deliver his VAT return under deadline pressure with the "Elster" online system, knows what I'm talking about. If it does not work, it does not work. Back when we had VAT returns submitted on paper, there was a limited number of incidents to prevent on-time delivery : No pen in hand, no form at hand, illness, vehicle breakdown, post-strike. These five. More or less. The number of possible defects that can occur between electronic systems and cause officially decreed blows, called "delayed payment charge", amount to the same number as the electronic circuits involved in data transmission. Several thousand, let's say. And then the little things: outdated browser, outdated operating system, anyway your computer is not new enough. Result: doesn't work. Must function, however, otherwise you get trouble with authorities. The changes in purchasing train tickets will similarly be seen concerning the interface state-subject, euphemistically called a "city office" or similar. It will be automated, because it saves money and releases tax reserves to finance the wars in which Germany is defended at the Hindu Kush or elsewhere in the world. Or for bailout-packages in favour of states that are dominated by high government consumption. Or for regulating the Earth's climate in 50, 100 or 5,000 years onto centigrade Celsius accuracy. That this authoritarian arranged automation will also cause a lot of anger, sorrow, distress and sleepless nights for the citizens - well, that is and was reasonable to subjects at all times. Nothing new under the sun. Everyday scenes on citizens' automatic machines in city hall: "Input is not possible, return to submenu 126!" - "There is a problem with your card payment. Start the process all over again." - "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down." - "What do you mean with doesn't work? Are they really on vacation close-down in the city office for cost savings now?" - "If it were only that!" (2012).
GraSS, StrauSS and Sections 86, 86a of German Penal Code. Propaganda instruments and symbols of unconstitutional organizations - or propaganda instruments and and symbols intended to make known a negative attitude towards these organizations? State law examination. Task: Differentiate banned Nazi symbols from anti-Nazi symbols permissible. Justification! (MaSSenverblödung = stultification of the masses) (2007).

Locational competition: Germany in the sales talk. Investors' roaming. The state as a consultant on mobile phone for business start-ups. "... and then with your new small business you have to establish an employees' council, participation and protection against dismissal, accept the prescribed tariffs, appoint a data protection official, designate a company doctor, pay for occupational safety agency and chamber contribution, observe 100 000 laws and regulations conscientiously, let tax your income and subsequently your assets and thereby not discriminate against anyone and ... " - "Toot-toot ... your mobile caller has just logged in a foreign location!" (2004).
